Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is actively searching for a highly motivated and energetic Expeditor.
The position is part of the dispatching team but and will manage the the work flow from procurement to final installation. The candidate Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure customer commitments and on time delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to change. We're looking for someone who provide informal leadership and make quick decisions, but who can also work as part of a team to ensure we are providing the best customer service possible.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Schedules installs and service work
- Maximizes schedule for efficiency, geography
- Prioritizes emergencies
- Though advanced planning and communication works with various department to eliminate issues
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs
- Provide support and effectively communicate job information to field technicians and installers
Qualifications:
- HVAC or Plumbing dispatch experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player
- Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor
- Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task
- Have strong computer and tech ability. Computer and various software applications are used throughout the day.
- Must be a fast learner with new technology and software applications
